3 Tips to Protect Your Car’s Interior During Summer

We all at time struggle with the ongoing unexpected expenses that just push us back. It is temporary, and you will overcome it, even if it doesn’t look like it all the time.

While going through this, I can share some tips that may apply to you. If they do, I hope you find them useful. Here they are:

  1. Sign up for every free customer rewards program you can – it’s free! And you can combine it with your shopping needs to make the most of those programs. Reward points can add up and help you catch at least a small break

2.   Master the 30-day rule – The 30 day rule is very simple. Before making any non-frequent purchase, wait for 30 days from the time you would have otherwise made the purchase. If after 30 days you still think it’s a reasonable purchase, go for it! You’ll find that some times, you won’t really decide to go through with it, and you’ll be happy you waited.

3.    Write a list before you go shopping – and stick to it – grocery stores are designed in a way that will ‘suggest’ items you don’t need (like those candy bars at each counter, while you’re waiting in line). To see how much you really fall pray to this, make a shopping list and try sticking only to what was written down. You’ll notice how many things you ‘remember’ to get once you get there. If something’s essential, it would have been on the list to begin with.

4. Quit Smoking – It’s unhealthy, and it sets a bad example. Not to mention how expensive this habit is! It’s time to end it.

5. Do a price comparison – and find a cheaper grocery store. This is really an excellent way to save money. It does require a bit of research, but you end up with a nice savings from it. All you need to do is note down what your shopping list has every week, and look around for the same product in different stores. It takes a bit more time to get started, but once you have your shopping plans in place, it gets really easy.
